本文以海外学术数据库为研究基准,通过Web of Science检索,检索时间为 2000 年至 2022 年,文章类型不限,筛选出66 篇可用SSCI文献,结合文献主要观点,分析海外关于中国共产党形象的认知划分、集中热点讨论,肯定正面评价、思考意见分歧、驳斥偏颇观点、借鉴中立论点.一是乐观派肯定中共治理、改革成就,中立者对中共发展持观望态度,悲观派则带有负面情绪看待一切;二是要理性看待党员干部人事管理,正确评价党员优势、入党动机、干部选拔;三是反腐败斗争的胜利盘活了社会活力赢得了群众信赖,也体现中国制度、文化的特殊性与优越性;四是中国共产党是社会的稳定器,坚定的群众基础展现了治理结构的稳定性;五是中共大胆改革、创新治理模式,不仅改善了国内生活环境,也为海外国家治理模式提供借鉴;六是中国共产党具有强大的领导力与凝聚力.
A Review of Overseas Studies on the Image of the Communist Party of China
The research is based on overseas academic databases,and articles from 2000 to 2022 are retrieved through the Web of Science.A total of 66 available literatures are selected.The main points of the literature are combined to analyze the cognition of the image of the CPC overseas,discuss hot spots,affirm positive evaluations,consider differences of opinions,refute biased views,and borrow neutral points.Firstly,optimists affirm the governance and reform achievements of the CPC,neutrals hold a wait-and-see atti-tude towards the development of the CPC,and pessimists view everything with negative emotions.Secondly,we should rationally view the personnel management of party members and cadres,correctly evaluate the advantages of party members,the motivation for joining the party,and the selection of cadres.Thirdly,the victory of the anti-corruption struggle has revitalized social vitality and won the trust of the masses,and also reflects the uniqueness and superiority of Chinese system and culture.Fourthly,the CPC is the stabilizer of so-ciety,and the firm mass base shows the stability of the governance structure.Fifthly,the CPC boldly reforms and innovates the govern-ance model,which not only improves the domestic living environment,but also provides reference for the governance model of overseas countries.Sixthly,the CPC has strong leadership and cohesion.
