Research on the Connotation,Characteristics and Paths of the Integrated Mental Health Education in Colleges and Universities
The integrated mental health education advocates the integration of diversified elements in the process of educational activities,which makes the mental health education closer to students and life.Under the guidance of this idea,mental health educa-tion in colleges and universities pays more attention to the participation of different subjects and the interaction between teachers and students in different space-time fields,the changes of students'living environment and their inner thoughts and concepts.The integrat-ed mental health education is a comprehensive integration,which includes the multi-dimensional integration of educational contents,educational methods and educational subjects,and improves the quality of mental health education through the integration of resources,it lays a foundation for the realization of the goal of establishing morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities.
