A Practical Investigation and Countermeasures Research on the Governance Model of Statutory Bodies in Development Zones
The institutional advantages and successful experiences of statutory bodies are not only reflected in their establishment in accordance with the law,statutory powers,enterprise and market-oriented operation modes,and the high degree of autonomy en-joyed,but also in the design of organizational structures that balance the power of statutory bodies.The reform of statutory bodies in China's development zones is in full swing,and this governance model also faces problems such as limited ability to undertake govern-ment power delegation and difficulties in evaluation and supervision in practice.It is imperative to formulate a two-way interactive pow-er transfer mode between the government and statutory bodies,and build a diversified,internal and external linkage,and are ableto process supervision and evaluation system,which will help the high-quality development of development zones.
