摘要
数字社会的生产和生活方式经历了一系列解构与重构的过程:数据成为重要的生产要素,平台经济作为一种新的经济组织方式强势兴起,零工经济带来了工作形式的深刻变革,数字化生存赋予了生活方式新的涵义.法学理论与法律实践理应关照数字社会的诉求,建构数字法学理论体系,完善数字社会治理路径,并通过转变法学教学理念、优化教学内容、创新教学方法,为数字社会的法治建设提供强有力的人才支撑与智识保障.
Abstract
The production and life styles of the digital society have undergone a series of deconstruction and reconstruction:data becomes an important factor of production,platform economy emerges as a new form of economic organization,gig economy brings pro-found changes in work forms,and digital survival gives new meanings to life style.Legal theory and practice should respond to the de-mands of the digital society,construct the theoretical system of digital law,improve the governance of the digital society,and provide talent support and intellectual security for the legal construction in the digital society by transforming teaching concepts,optimizing teaching content,and innovating teaching methods.
