摘要
党员主体性与党内政治文化之间有着紧密联系,党员主体性的发挥是加强党内政治文化建设主题中的应有之义.加强党内政治文化建设能够在党内形成一种风清气正的文化生态和主动的精神力量,以高度的政治自觉推进自我革命从而更好地领导人民推进中国式现代化进程.但随着党的不断发展壮大,少数党员主体意识淡薄,对权利与义务关系、党内民主的真正指向等缺乏正确认识,从而影响了党员主体意识发挥.因此,用文化思维来把握现实政治要求和实践指向,凝聚党员的文化共识;不断提升党性修养,是新时代加强党内政治文化建设的关键环节.
Abstract
There is a close connection between party member subjectivity and party political culture,and the role of party member subjectivity is essential in strengthening the construction of party political culture.Strengthening the construction of party political cul-ture can foster a clean cultural ecology and proactive spiritual force within the party,with a high level of political consciousness to pro-mote self-revolution and better lead the people in advancing the process of Chinese-style modernization,as the party continues to de-velop and grow,a few members of the party's main consciousness is weak,the lack of correct understanding of the relationship between rights and obligations,the true direction of the party's democracy,thus affecting the main consciousness of the party members to play.Therefore,using cultural thinking to grasp the real political requirements and practical directions,and to consolidate the cultural con-sensus of Party members;continuously improving their ideological and moral cultivation,has become a key link for strengthening the construction of party political culture in the new era.
