摘要
农村公共文化服务水平的提高对促进乡村文化振兴具有重要作用.文章构建了农村公共文化服务水平的评价指标体系,借助因子分析法,提炼出决定农村公共文化服务水平的核心要素,并基于此对全国各省农村公共文化服务水平进行打分和排名.统计发现,我国农村公共文化服务的水平整体较好;影响农村公共文化服务水平的核心要素是农村公共文化服务队伍建设水平,其次是农村文化消费水平,农村公共文化服务设施建设水平和财政投入水平的影响较小.
Abstract
Rural public cultural service is an important booster to promote the revitalization of rural culture.This paper starts with establishing the evaluation index system of rural public cultural service level,and then through factor analysis,the core elements that determine the level of rural public cultural service can be found.Based on this point,the level of rural public cultural services in all provinces of China is scored and ranked.Statistics show that the overall level of public cultural services in rural China is good,but there is still a distance from the goal of"equalization";the core factor that affects the level of rural public cultural service is the level of rural public cultural service team construction,followed by the level of rural cultural consumption,the level of rural public cultural service facilities construction and financial investment.
