摘要
随着百万扩招政策的实施,高职院校多类型人才培养面临新的挑战与机遇.高职院校人才培养应通过树立适应新时代教育理念制度,创新教学模式与方法,构建"三全"精准评价体系,赋能教师队伍建设等多措并举,不断拓宽新时代高职院校人才培养的实践路径.
Abstract
With the implementation of the enrollment expansion policy,vocational colleges are facing new challenges and opportu-nities in cultivating multi-types of talents.In order to widen the practical ways of personnel training in higher vocational colleges in the new era,it is necessary to set up a system of evaluation,set up an accurate system of evaluation,and build a contingent of qualified teachers.
