"三观"教育协同心理健康教育是指在高校开展深层次的心理问题情感交互对话中融入"三观"教育理念,将其转换为大学生内在的情感诉求,并指导个体在学习与生活中形成正确的"三观"行为.研究表明,三观"教育与心理健康的互为影响,正确的思想观念有助于个体形成良好的心理状态,而健康的心理状态又是形成正确思想观念的基础;价值观与行为选择的相互作用,健康的心理状态有助于个体做出符合其价值观正确的行为选择.同时,正确的价值观又能够指导个体在面对心理困境时如何自我调适.教育目标的共同指向.
A Synergistic Study of University Students'"Three Views Education"and Mental Health Education
The concept of education that integrates mental health education with"Three Views Education"refers to incorporating in-depth psychological issues faced by college into an interactive dialogue on emotions.This approach aims to address the inner emo-tional needs of individuals and guide them in their learning and personal development.The study demonstrates the integration of the"Three Views Education"concept into the emotionally interactive dialogue addressing profound psychological issues among college students.A sound mental state serves as the fundamental basis for the development and correct ideological concepts,values,and be-havioral choices.The interaction among individuals with a robust mental state enhances their capacity to make appropriate behavioral decisions that align with their core values.Simultaneously,the correct values can provide guidance to individuals in navigating psycho-logical challenges and facilitating self-adjustment in order to achieve common educational goals.
