摘要
中华民族伟大复兴与世界百年未有之大变局要求我国要加强国际传播能力建设,为我国对外发展创造良好的国际环境和条件.习近平关于加强国际传播能力建设重要论述,深刻回答了为何要加强国家传播能力建设、建设新要求以及如何建设的重大时代课题.从重大意义、着力点以及基本路径三个方面深入探究习近平关于加强国际传播能力建设重要论述的深刻意蕴.
Abstract
The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the unprecedented changes in the world require China to strengthen its international communication capacity building,so as to create a favorable international environment and conditions for China's external development.Xi Jinping's important discourse on strengthening international communication capacity building has profoundly answered the major questions of the times,such as why it is necessary to strengthen national communication capacity building,the new require-ments for such building,and how to build it.The paper explores the profound implications of Xi Jinping's discourse on strengthening international communication capacity building from three aspects:significance,focus and basic path.
