职场"异化奋斗观"的解析与应对策略

摘要
近年来,职场中出现了一种由奋斗观异化而产生的"异化奋斗观".在资本"自我增殖"本能的驱动下,它以更多地占有劳动者创造的剩余价值为目的,假借奋斗之名对劳动者进行支配和统治.在"异化奋斗观"的阴霾之下,劳动的异化程度愈发加剧,劳动者的奋斗前景呈现出一副"贫困"的景象.面对这一后果,有必要以马克思的异化理论为武器,对"异化奋斗观"内在机理,外在呈现和劳动者的反抗实践进行分析,推动"异化奋斗观"向"科学奋斗观"复归.
Abstract
In recent years,a phenomenon termed as the"alienated striving view"has emerged in the workplace,originating from the distortion of the traditional view of striving.Driven by the capital's inherent instinct for"self-expansion"its main objective is to dominate and govern laborers under the guise of striving,aiming to seize a greater share of the surplus value created by the workers.Un-der the shadow of the"alienated striving view",the extent of labor alienation has significantly intensified,presenting a"poverty"sce-nario in the prospects of laborers'struggles.In response to this outcome,it is imperative to utilize Marx's theory of alienation as a tool to analyze the internal mechanisms,external manifestations,and the resistance practices of laborers against the"alienated striving view"and to promote a transition back to a"scientific striving view".
