Educator's Spirit of Cultivating "Four Have" Good Teachers in the New Era
On September 9th,2023,the spirit of educator was proposed for the first time,pointing out the direction for cultivating"Four Have"good teachers in the new era,and helping to comprehensively promote the construction of the strong education country.From the dimension of character,the teachers in the new era are the guide of students'growth and success,and are the main force to cultivate and practice the spirit of educator;from the high level of the spirit,the spirit of the six core elements points to a clear and high-quality development of teachers in the new era;from the practice of the spirit,teachers in the new era are to carry forward the spirit of educators,which should be the core of the spirit of educators as an endogenous impetus to revitalize the spirit,and strive to be not only"Four Have"good teacher in the new era,but also"Four Have"good guide in the new era,carrying forward the spirit of educators.
