Innovation and Exploration of Community Elderly Care Service Model under the Background of Linkage of Five Social Organizations——Taking S CommunityJDistrict,D City as an Example
Under the background of"five-society linkage",the model of community old-age service is a new model of old-age service which has been explored in the practice process of family old-age service and institutional old-age service in our country in or-der to deal with the increasingly serious aging problem and make up the short board of family old-age service and institutional old-age service.This model mainly meets the diversified needs of elderly care services through the linkage of community,social workers,com-munity social organizations,community volunteers and community charity resources.S community J District in D City has promoted the development of community elderly care and made some progress by forming a multi-participation pattern,expanding the contents of eld-erly care service and exploring new subjects.However,due to the lack of professional services and infrastructure and other reasons,the development of community elderly care is slow and in trouble.Based on this,for each subject,measures such as creating a comfortable community environment and building a collaborative network to contact all parties,establishing a team of high-quality professional social workers,improving the public service capacity of social organizations,promoting the institutionalization of community volunteer services,and promoting the application of the new model of"Internet+public welfare"are proposed to better promote the development of the community elderly service model.
