Research on Strategies for Enhancing the Employment Competitiveness of College Students from the Perspective of Competence
To enhance the employment competitiveness of college students is an important goal of talent training in colleges and u-niversities.In order to enhance the employment competitiveness of college students,it is necessary to make their professional ability and professional quality to meet the human resources requirements of their potential employment positions.The existing research to further enhance the employment competitiveness of college students provides inspiration,but also shows the blind spots and deficiencies.The study from the perspective of"competence"is a beneficial exploration.On the basis of elaborating on the focus of enhancing the em-ployment competitiveness of college students from the perspective of competence,this article analyzes the challenges of enhancing the employment competitiveness of college students from the perspective of competence,and further explores the strategies for enhancing the employment competitiveness of college students,which include establishing a psychological protection mechanism for college students'employment anchor environment refinement labor concept education,strengthen the construction of teachers and internship organization arrangement,to concrete information to consolidate professional ideas.
