以讲授、内化吸收和讨论三个阶段为主要教学流程的"PAD"教学模式在整个思政课教学过程中凸显各行其责、互动民主、共同控制、身份清晰的师生关系,充分发挥教师主导、学生主体作用,将教师的价值引领和学生的自我认知与价值建构相融合,实现了"PAD"教学模式下高校思想政治理论课价值性和知识性、理论性和实践性、主导性和主体性、灌输性和启发性融合统一于"外铄"与"内发"、知行合一、权责对分、目标价值实现手段中的新视角和新格局.
Realizing Four Unifications:Research on Promoting the Reform and Innovation of Ideological and Political Courses in the "PAD" Classroom
The"PAD"teaching model,which takes teaching,internalization and discussion as the main teaching process,high-lights the teacher-student relationship featuring individual responsibility,interactive democracy,joint control and clear identity in the whole teaching process,gives full play to the leading role of teachers and the main role of students,and integrates teachers'value guid-ance with students'self-cognition and value construction,and achieves a new perspective and pattern of integrating the value and knowledge-based,theoretical and practical,dominant and subjective,indoctrination and inspiration of ideological and political theory courses in universities under the"PAD"teaching model into"external influence"and"internal development",unity of knowledge and action,division of rights and responsibilities,and means of achieving target values.
