摘要
研究生教育是国家人才竞争的重要支柱,研究生导师肩负着培养国家高层次创新人才的使命与重任,首先,研究生导师要在育人能力提升的价值定位中牢记"三个务必"、"四个意识"、"五个坚持"、"六个要求"以落实研究生导师"立德树人"的职责.其次研究生导师要明确教育主旨、突出教育内容、塑造教育路径、完善教育机制的前进方向,奠基了"理论定向";最后,通过"理论育人"、"实践育人"、"文化育人"、"网络育人"的"实践定法"深层践履架构了研究生导师立德树人育人能力提升的实践方略.
Abstract
Postgraduate education is the superstructure.Postgraduate supervisors shoulder the mission and responsibility of culti-vating national high-level innovative talents.First of all,in the value orientation of improving the ability to educate people,postgraduate supervisors should bear in mind the"three imperatives","four consciousnesses","five perspectives"and"six requirements"in order to implementthe responsibility of postgraduate supervisors to"cultivate virtue and cultivate talents".Secondly,it proposes that while implementing the fundamental task of"cultivating virtue and cultivating talents",postgraduate supervisors should clarify the main theme of education,highlight the content of education,shape the path of education,and improve the direction of education mechanism,which lays the foundation for the reality of"theoretical orientation".Finally,through the deep practice of"theoretical education","practical education","cultural education"and"network education",this paper constructs a practical strategy for improving the ability of post-graduate supervisors to cultivate morality and cultivate students.
