Youth internet"meme"culture is a common cultural phenomenon among youth groups in the era of traffic flow,which reflects the actual ideological dynamics of current youth.The meme is highly loved by young people for its multi-dimensional character-istics of language expression change,form and style diversity,emotional value plurality,and popularity and dissemination circle.Con-temporary youth use memes to ease modern anxiety and broaden the space for opinion expression.But it also induced some negative im-pacts,specifically manifested as follows:homogenized language expression,dissolving the charm of traditional culture;the use of memes is dominated by bantering emotions,which triggers a traditional moral crisis;and young people are caught in the loss of values,which impacts the mainstream ideology.Because of these negative impacts,we can make efforts to guide the positive development of youth"meme"culture from the aspects of adhering to the correct value orientation,strengthening the humanistic care for the youth,en-hancing the media literacy of the youth,and strengthening the governance of the media platform.
