During the War of Liberation,to lead and launch the self-liberation movement of women extensively and deeply in Hei-longjiang,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China quickly sent a large number of women cadres to Heilongjiang to lead the women of Heilongjiang to show"her"strength in the land reform,large-scale production,support front line and other movements,and at the same time encouraged the training of local women cadres in light of the actual situation.It has formed a set of women cadres training mechanism with the characteristics of The Times and the attributes of the Heilongjiang region,which has contributed a strong force to the construction of a solid rear base,supported the front line,and the victory of the liberation war,and has contributed a series of Revelations to the training of women cadres in the new era.
