The Resilient governance of non-traditional security issues in ethnic minority villages along the northeast border
Strengthening border governance is one of the important contents of the modernization of state governance in the new era.The northeast border area is vast and strategically located,with a relatively large minority population and rural population.With the development of border opening and urbanization,the rural areas of border minorities are facing increasingly outstanding non-traditional security challenges.The tenacity theory is widely used in the field of governance because of its own characteristics,which can update the governance concept,improve the governance system and improve the governance efficiency.In order to ensure the prosperity and stability of the border areas,the rural areas of ethnic minorities in the northeast border areas should combine the regional non-tradition-al security situation and use the resilience theory for reference,we should establish a dynamic and flexible governance mechanism,pro-mote a pattern of cooperative and co-governance,build an intelligent and precise platform of flexible governance,form a structure of high-quality development and strengthen villager's cultural identity of resilience in endogenous governance.
