Ontology、Operation and Value on Commercial Arbitration in China
China's commercial arbitration has been developed and gradually improved under the background of socialist market e-conomy system,which also plays a beneficial supplementary role in the litigation dispute resolution mechanism in our country.Due to the influence and constraints of culture,mind-set,,mechanisms,and public opinion,there are still problems such as incomplete regulatory systems,unclear subject positioning,and unsatisfactory functional performance.To demonstrate the valuable of commercial arbitration,it is necessary to face the reality of the essence and operation of China's commercial arbitration,guided by the socialist concept of rule of law and core values,and endow the commercial arbitration system with new value goals,value orientation,and value pursuit,in order to reflect the value orientation that conforms to the rhythm of socialist market economy and adapts to the requirements of comprehensive deepening reform and development.
