外文摘要：Xi Jinping's important discussion on food security is a scientific action guide to do a good job in food security in the new era.It systematically answers major theoretical and practical questions about why,what and what,and reflects the organic unity of Marxist epistemology and methodology.Keeping 1.8 billion mu of arable land is the basic bottom line to ensure food security,holding Chinese seeds is the key condition to ensure food security,promoting science and technology is the key support to ensure food security,improve the enthusiasm of farmers to grow grain is the endogenous power to ensure food security.Ensuring food security is a major prac-tical task.On the new journey,we should always bear in mind the"greatness of the country",establish and practice the concept of big food,make good use of the two markets and two resources,and carry forward the fine tradition of loving food and saving food.Xi Jin-ping's statement on food security has shaped a successful model of food security in a populous country,and contributed China's contri-bution to global food security.
