高校党组织承担着坚持贯彻党对高校全面领导、助力全面从严治党向纵深推进、落实高校立德树人根本任务,但高校基层党组织还在一定程度上存在着政治领导"弱化"、组织作用"形式化"、人才队伍"软化"、创新意识"淡化"、制度建设"虚化"等问题,亟需不断提升高校基层党组织组织力,强化政治领导、严格组织管理、加强队伍建设、创新工作方法、完善体制机制,切实发挥高校基层党组织组织力的强大凝聚力量.
Analysis of innovative ways to improve the organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities in the new era
College party organizations are responsible for the fundamental tasks of adhering to the Party's overall leadership of col-leges and universities,helping to comprehensively and strictly advance the Party and building up people.However,college grass-roots party organizations still have problems such as"weakening"political leadership,"formalization"of organizational roles,"softening"the talent team,"diluting"the sense of innovation,and"blurring"of system construction.There is an urgent need to continuously im-prove the organizational strength of university grass-roots party organizations to strengthen political leadership,strict organizational management,strengthen team building,innovate working methods,and improve institutional mechanisms.Gather strength.
