Innovation,entrepreneurship and creation are important ways to drive employment,promote economic growth and pro-mote scientific and technological innovation.At present,more and more college students are actively engaged in innovation and entre-preneurship in the form of team formation.However,college students'entrepreneurial teams are prone to encounter bottlenecks in team formation,team trust management,team cultural development and so on.In the new era,college need to strengthen team trust manage-ment to enhance team centripetal force,build team culture to enhance team cohesion,and play the role of core figures to enhance team execution,so as to integrate the"three forces"and promote the high-quality development of college students'entrepreneurial team con-struction.
