摘要
高校学生党员发展量化评价指标体系的价值指向是党员发展标准明确化、党员队伍素质全面化、党员发展程序公正化、党员教育培养导向化;基本依据为政治素质是首要标准、道德品质是重要要求、现实表现是重要条件、学习创新是重要内容、群众基础是关键标准;实践路径包括构建了以5 个一级指标和12 个二级指标的学生党员发展量化评价指标体系,采用多种量化方法对指标进行量化,并对指标体系进行评价与成效评估.
Abstract
The value orientation of the quantitative evaluation index system of the development of university student party members is the confirmation of the development standards of party members,the comprehensive quality of party members,the fairness of the de-velopment procedures of party members,and the orientation of party members'education and training.The basic basis is that political quality is the primary standard,moral quality is an important requirement,realistic performance is an important condition,learning and innovation is an important content,and mass foundation is the key standard.The practical approach includes constructing a quantitative evaluation index system of student party members'development with 5 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators,using a va-riety of quantitative methods to quantify the indicators,and evaluating the index system and its effectiveness.
