Green technology innovation has become a key factor in the transformation and development of Chinese enterprises.This article uses micro-data from A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2022 for empirical analysis,and the results show that digital finance has a promoting effect on green technology innovation in enterprises.From the analysis of mechanism testing results,alleviating financing constraints and improving corporate governance level are important mechanisms of action;through heterogeneity testing,it is found that digital finance has a more significant promoting effect on green technology innovation in the eastern region and non-state-owned enterprises.Based on this,China should vigorously develop digital financial technology to provide new impetus for green tech-nology innovation in enterprises.
