Historical Evolution and Contemporary Value of the Centennial Democratic Discourse of the CPC
The CPC has formed a rich and unique discourse system during its centennial growth,development and expansion,in which the democratic discourse plays an extremely important role in realizing the original intention and mission of the CPC.Based on the connotation of people's democratic discourse in the whole process of the new era,and based on a comprehensive analysis of the advan-tages of people's democracy in the whole process,it is believed that the CPC has constructed different contents and expressions of dem-ocratic discourse according to the historical tasks of different historical periods in the past century.The logic followed by the develop-ment of the century long democratic discourse of the CPC lies in:establishing democratic theories based on major social contradictions,promoting the historical process of people's democracy according to objective laws,and carrying out democratic practices closely around the central work of the Party.Studying the historical evolution and contemporary value of the century old democratic discourse of the CPC will help to firmly stand on the people's position and consolidate the foundation of the party's long-term governance,narrow the discourse gap,enhance the recognition of the international community on China's image,and stimulate the people's subjective con-sciousness to pool the strength of socialist modernization.
