Although China's digital economy has developed rapidly,it faces issues characterized by"large scale but insufficient strength,fast growth but low quality."The core reason behind this is the lack of specialized talents with digital literacy and skills.In line with the trend of higher education development,advancing the reform towards intelligent higher education can provide solid talent support for the development of the digital economy.However,the process of reform towards intelligent higher education encounters obsta-cles such as inertia in thinking,mismatched incentive mechanisms,and poor connectivity in innovation.Research indicates that,based on the theory of dynamic capabilities,employing a variety of digital platforms to construct a dynamic development mechanism for intelli-gent higher education can effectively address the various challenges and pain points encountered during its process.
