Research on the Cultivation Mechanism of Social Responsibility in Inclusive Preschool Education
This article systematically summarizes the social responsibility connotation of inclusive preschool education,including safeguarding educational rights,improving educational quality,and promoting social equity.Based on stakeholder theory and educational equity theory,a theoretical framework for cultivating social responsibility is constructed.By deeply analyzing the responsibilities and roles of the government,preschool education institutions,and various sectors of society,a multidimensional and multi-level cultivation path is proposed,including policy guidance and resource investment at the government level,education quality improvement and teacher team construction at the preschool education institution level,and extensive participation and support at the social level.
