The Problems in and Solutions for Cultivating Law Talents for Foreign Affairs in the Context of Integrating Ideological and Political Education into Curriculum
In the context of integrating ideological and political education into curriculum,the cultivation of law talents for foreign affairs requires cultivating professional qualities of both morality and law in students.They are expected to be able to"skillfully apply"international legal rules and"appropriately deal with"foreign-related affairs,so as to serve the construction of rule of law in foreign af-fairs in China.However,at present,the following problems exist in the cultivation of law talents for foreign affairs:the cultivation mode of"law+X foreign languages"is only simple combination of courses;core courses setup is confusing;the practical ability and reserve force of law talents for foreign affairs are insufficient and so on,it is necessary to realize the in-depth integration of law and foreign lan-guages,clarify the idea of what makes a core course,improve the practical ability of law talents for foreign affairs and enrich their re-serve force.
