Reform and opening up is the source of vitality for contemporary China's development and progress,and an important magic weapon for the Party and the people to catch up with the times in great strides.Since the 18th National Congress of the Commu-nist Party of China,Xi Jinping has made a series of important statements on comprehensively deepening reforms.It not only follows the reform theory of Marxist classic writers in theory and logic,but also carries on innovation and sublimation on this basis.It is also based on the practical problems in the progress of China's reform and opening up in practice,demonstrating the people-centered value orien-tation.It not only serves the construction of a strong socialist country in terms of value logic,but also release the incomparable superi-ority of the socialist system.In addition,in terms of institutional logic,we should strengthen and firmly follow the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and inject spiritual impetus into enhancing institutional confidence.Therefore,form a logic perspective,Xi Jinping's important discourse on comprehensively deepening reform contain s the Marxist standpoint,viewpoint,and method,which is a scientific guide for our party and government to further comprehensively deepen reform on the new journey.
