The"construction"in party building and the"governance"in rural administration exhibit a profound structural congru-ence.The objective orientation of party building empowering rural governance endeavors not merely to maintain a dynamic equilibrium between rural social order and vitality but also to propel the formation of a shared-nurtured-integrated village community,thereby fos-tering the systematic development of rural societies.Through an in-depth analysis of City Y's practical endeavors in fostering such a village community,this study unveils the underlying construction mechanisms:shared interests reshape the public nature of villages,shared values nurture and enrich the public spirit within them,and integrated governance fosters collaborative village administration.The interplay of these mechanisms constitutes a bidirectional reinforcement system,with party building as the catalyst and governance as the driving force,offering both academic insights and practical guidance for exploring novel models and pathways in rural govern-ance.
