Research on the Construction of Vocational Education Quality Evaluation System Based on Digital Transformation
Currently,there is no universal digital evaluation model for vocational education in China.The main problems are dig-ital technology barriers,subjective evaluation methods,moral risks of evaluation subjects,and lack of long-term effectiveness in the e-valuation process.Based on the principles of scientificity,comprehensiveness,independence,pertinence,and hierarchy of vocational education quality evaluation,and in accordance with the objective needs of high-quality development of vocational education,and to construct a digital system for vocational education quality evaluation needs to start from three aspects.Firstly,emphasize the humanistic concept and humanistic value,focus on the"teaching"and"learning"experience of teachers and students,and establish dynamic process evaluation indicators.Secondly,avoid the technical and utilitarian tendencies of the evaluation system while digitalization of vo-cational education quality evaluation.Thirdly,establish a vocational education quality evaluation guidance committee and build a multi-party evaluation platform to ensure the long-term effectiveness of evaluation results.Fourthly,promote the legislative construction of third-party evaluation entities and regulate the evaluation behavior of third-party institutions.
