Party building guidance is the basic follow of"one-stop"communityconstruction in colleges and universities,and the party group is the"smallest unit"of grassroots party organization construction,and the"key move"to open up the"last kilometer"of the comprehensive reform of the party building to lead the"one-stop"student community.It is found that the construction of"one-stop"student community in universities has such realistic difficulties as fragmentation of governance system,decentralization of govern-ance resources and extensive governance process.Based on the theory of Social Mutual Construction,this paper explores the possibility of deep mutual structure construction between"one-stop"student community and party group,defines the logical starting point of mu-tual construction from the aspects of guiding ideology,value rationality and practice process,and builds a"one-stop"mutual construc-tion model of community party group construction based on four dimensions of governance concept,governance system,governance team and governance platform.To realize the refinement and scientific transformation of the party building leading the"one-stop"com-munity construction,and provide a new perspective for exploring the educating function of universities'organization.
