摘要

农产品流通效率提升是实现农业高质量发展的基础,选取2010-2020 年31 个省级行政单位面板数据,运用基于DEA的Malmquist指数分析法,对我国农产品流通效率进行评价,实证结果表明我国农产品流通效率总体处于上升趋势,技术创新是农产品流通效率提高的主要原因.分地区看,西南地区农产品流通效率较高,华中地区农产品流通效率较低,各地区之间差异较大.采用固定效应模型对农产品流通效率影响因素分析得出:农产品流通主体组织化、基础设施、信息化、流通模式对农产品流通效率影响较大.基于上述研究成果,提出了相关的对策建议.

Abstract

Improving the circulation efficiency of agricultural products is the basis for realizing the high-quality development of agriculture.This paper selects the panel data of 31 provincial administrative units from 2010 to 2020,uses Malmquist index analysis method based on DEA to evaluate the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in China.The empirical results show that the circu-lation efficiency in China is generally on the rise,and technological innovation is the main reason for improving the circulation efficien-cy of agricultural products.In terms of region,the circulation efficiency in Southwest China is higher,while that in Central China is lower,with great differences among regions.Using the fixed effect model to analyze the influencing factors of agricultural product circu-lation efficiency,it is concluded that the organization of agricultural product circulation subject,infrastructure,informationization and circulation mode have great influence on agricultural product circulation efficiency.Based on the above research results,relevant coun-termeasures and suggestions are put forward.
