摘要
目的：探讨地西泮联合硝苯地平控释片治疗伴有失眠症状老年性高血压的疗效及安全性。方法将110例伴有失眠症状老年性高血压随机分为治疗组55例，用地西泮联合硝苯地平控释片治疗伴有失眠症状老年性高血压2周；对照组55例，用安慰剂联合硝苯地平控释片治疗伴有失眠症状老年性高血压2周，观察分析治疗组和对照组治疗后的临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗组和对照组进行对比观察分析，治疗组比对照组失眠症状有效缓解，血压平稳降低，治疗组和对照组在疗效上有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论治疗组比对照组降压效果好、未发不良反应。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Diazepam combined with Nifedipine on the patients with senile hypertension and insomnia .Methods 110 elderly hypertensive patients with symptoms of insomnia were divided into two groups randomly , 55 casee in each group , patients in treatment group taking Diazepam and Nifedipine for two weeks , meanwhile , patients in control taking placebo and Nifidipine for two weeks.To observe and analyse the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups after the treatment .Results In the comparison , insomnia was effectively relieved and the blood pressure was steadily decreased in the treatment group , which was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Ptients in the treatment group achieve better antihypertensive effect than those in the comtrol group , no adverse reactions .
