Observation on application effect of risk nursing management in surgical treatment of thyroid cancer invading trachea
Objective To analyze the application effect of risk nursing management in the surgical treatment of thyroid cancer invading the trachea. Methods Sixty patients admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 for tracheal invasion surgery due to thyroid cancer were selected and divided into two groups, each with 30 cases, using the random number table method. The control group received routine nursing management, while the observation group received risk nursing management in addition to routine care.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score, total complication rate,Quality of Life Questionnaire(QLQ-C30)score,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the observation group(3.33%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).The QLQ-C30 score in the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of risk nursing management in the surgical treatment of thyroid cancer invading the trachea can effectively alleviate anxiety, depression, and other adverse emotions, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life, and increase satisfaction, with significant effects.
