Best perioperative evidence summary for establishment of AVF in maintenance hemodialysis patients
Objective To search,evaluate,and integrate the best perioperative evidence of autogenous arteriovenous fistula(AVF)in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and to provide reference for improving the management of AVF in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods The evidence about perioperative management of AVF in maintenance hemodialysis patients was systematically retrieved from evidence-based resources,literature databases,and professional association websites,including clinical decision-making,guidelines,summary of evidence,best clinical practice,recommended practice,expert consensus,and systematic review.Results A total of 13 articles were included,comprising 1 clinical decision-making,4 guidelines,2 expert consensuses,and 6 systematic reviews.Nineteen pieces of evidence were collected from five aspects:preoperative evaluation,postoperative monitoring,drug therapy,functional exercise,and assisted maturation measures.Conclusions Doctors and nurses can make individualized diagnosis and treatment plans for patients according to their clinical conditions and selectively apply evidence,so as to promote the maturity of their own arteries and veins and reduce the occurrence of complications.
