The Evolution of the Relationship between Teaching Research and Curriculum Reform from the Perspective of Discourse Analysis:From Guidance Management to Service Leadership
China's basic education teaching research system and curriculum reform are closely related,so grasping the evolution and internal logic of their relationship is an important prerequisite for strengthening and improving teaching research work in the new era.Based on discourse analysis,this study finds that since the founding of New China,the relationship between teaching research and curriculum reform has gone through three stages:establishment and weakening,restoration and standardization,transformation and innovation,and has realized the discourse change from"guidance and management"to"service and leadership".This discourse change is subject to both external and internal dynamics of the system,showing an evolutionary pattern characterized by"gradual cascading",reflecting the trend of changing from a single discourse to an interactive discourse of multiple subjects,and showing the action path of curriculum reform mediated by teaching research organizations.It is necessary to further improve the teaching research system with Chinese characteristics,innovate the mechanism of teaching research with the concept of service,improve the quality of teaching and research personnel with the focus on curriculum leadership,and strengthen school-based teaching research with learning community as the carrier,so as to realize the positive interaction between teaching research and curriculum reform and promote the high-quality development of basic education.
