Teaching for Learning:Construction and Application of Learning Support System Based on Unit Learning Program
With the goal of improving teaching effect,this research has carried out continuous exploration for 8 years under the guidance of the expert team of Institute of Curriculum and Instruction at East China Normal University,aiming at the problems of"disconnection between teaching and learning","separation of teaching and evaluation"and"failure to transform knowledge into competency".It has formed a whole-process solution covering teaching design,teaching implementation and teaching evaluation,and constructed a learning support system based on Unit Learning Program to help students"learn to gain"and promote students"learn to learn".The problems arise from teaching,the research process is rooted in teaching,and the research results are applied to teaching,which promotes the professionalization and standardization of all aspects of teaching routine,and comprehensively improves teachers'professional understanding of disciplines and their ability of discipline education.Whole-discipline,continuous action research and continuous optimization and iteration of learning support system provide strong support for the improvement of students'learning ability and academic achievement,and also enrich the new teaching practice pattern oriented to core competency.
