In recent years,there has been an obvious deviation in the direction of American parent organizations'involvement in education reform.In the process of involving in education reform,American parent organizations actively pursue political power,try to gain control of educational decision-making,and manage to introducing market mechanism.This not only deviates from the educational attribute of parent organizations,threatens the professionalism of educational work,but also damages the public nature of school education.The deviation of parent organizations'involvement in education reform is a new example of the infiltration of American political game into the field of education.The internal cause is that parents'educational demands are not satisfied in the existing involvement mechanism,and the external cause is the driving force of relevant interest groups.In order to give full play to the positive role of parent organizations in education reform,the endogenous motivation of parents should be stimulated and the educational value of parent organizations should be highlighted.The cooperative framework of multi-party education should be constructed and the synergistic effect of parent organizations should be functioned.A supportive system for parents'empowerment should be built to realize the service function of parent organizations.
