摘要

高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务,是我国在技术进步和国际竞争新背景下实现现代化的关键.建设教育强国的关键就是要发展高阶能力,此为实现劳动力素养高质量发展的关键.这实际上是在要求把传统劳动、常规劳动、异化劳动转化为创造性劳动,这一点与马克思和杜威的思考存在着内在的一致性.因此,教育强国就是面向所有人培养高阶能力,并为此做出系统而有效的政策和制度安排,从而使得创造性劳动成为普遍可能的国家.

Abstract

High-quality development stands as the paramount task in the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country and is key to modernization in our country against the backdrop of technological advancement and new international competition.The key to building a strong educational nation hinges on cultivating high-order capabilities,which are essential to the high-quality development of the workforce.This essentially requires transforming traditional labor,routine labor,and alienated labor into creative labor,which is inherently consistent with the reflections of Marx and Dewey.Hence,building a strong educational nation involves cultivating high-order capabilities among all individuals,and establishing systematic and effective policies and institutional arrangements to this end,thereby paving the way for creative labor to become a universal possibility for the nation.
