用数据推动智慧学习,是学校走向现代化的必然选择.杭州市建兰中学在院士领衔的专家指导下,自主研发了全国首个"学校大脑",提出"让学校更会思考"的核心理念,让数据联通、流动和赋能育人,构建了以促进学生自主学习为宗旨的数字化育人模式,为学校高质量发展注入智慧动力.该项成果内容包括:一是通过个人数据采集形成"学生画像",找到每个学生的生长点,形成自主发展的"成长报告",指导学生自主学习;二是基于数据沉淀分析,关注学生的不同学习诉求,构建精准助学课堂,实施更高水平的因材施教;三是利用辅助学生学习的"书童"系统,推送个性化作业,推进基于数据化行为表现的评价改革,推动学生五育全面发展;四是依据学生"成长报告"和选课数据分析,开发定制化的"亮彩"校本课程,促进学生兴趣爱好的多元发展.该成果促进学校宏观审视、创新管理、优化迭代,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,使学生更会思考,真正实现学习方式变革,将立德树人落实在教育教学的全过程.
The School Brain,a Way to Promote the Revolution of Smart Learning in Education
It is an inevitable choice for schools to move towards modernization by using data to drive intelligent learning.Guided by academics and experts,Jianlan Middle Schools in Hangzhou are the first in China to independently develop"School Brain",proposing the core concept of"making schools more thoughtful"and enabling data to connect and provide assistance to education.It constructs a digital education model aimed at promoting students'ability of self-learning,empowering the school to develop in a high-quality and wise manner.The school has achieved outstanding results.Firstly,based on the"student profile"formed by personal data,the school can identify each student's growth points and create a student-oriented"growth portraits",therefore guiding students to improve their self-learning ability.Secondly,based on data analysis,the school caters to students'different learning needs and constructs precise assistive teaching classrooms,thereby implementing a higher level of individualized teaching for each student.Thirdly,the"Learning Assistant"system helps students with learning by providing personalized homework,promoting the transformation of evaluation based on students'behavioral performance data,and cultivating students'comprehensive development.Fourthly,based on students'"growth reports"and course selection data analysis,the school has developed customized"bright"school-based courses to promote the diversified development of students'interests and hobbies.These achievements have facilitated a macroscopic review of the school,innovative management,and optimization iteration,cultivating students'innovative spirit and practical abilities,making them more thoughtful,and truly achieving changes in students'learning methods,with the realization of moral education throughout the entire process of education and teaching.
