回顾与前瞻:学校冲突解决教育国际研究40年

全球范围内频发的校园冲突、欺凌和暴力问题使得冲突解决教育成为国际研究热点.通过对1983-2022年Web of Science核心合集数据库中556篇文献的可视化分析,发现学校冲突解决教育研究文献自20世纪60年代起步,到20世纪90年代末进入了快速增长阶段;核心研究主题可被聚类为学校冲突解决教育的价值研究、内容研究和途径研究三方面;而道德推脱、心理健康和人际交往成为近二十年的研究前沿.鉴于40年来国际研究的经验可知,学校冲突解决教育建基于多学科跨领域研究,冲突解决能力有赖多渠道合力培养,冲突解决教育实践需通过有计划、监管和资助的项目加以推进.冲突解决教育重要而迫切,要真正落实必须从观念、方法到制度各层面加大研究和实践的支持和保障.
Looking Back and Looking Forward:40 Years of International Research on Conflict Resolution Education in Schools
Frequent school conflicts,bullying,and violence worldwide have made conflict resolution education an international research hotspot.By visualizing and analyzing 556 documents in the WOS Core Collection Database from 1983-2022,it is found that the research literature on conflict resolution education in schools started in the 1960s and entered a rapid growth phase in the late 1990s;the core research themes can be clustered into three aspects:value research,content research,and pathway research on conflict resolution education in schools;and moral disengagement,mental health,and interpersonal association have become the research frontiers in the last two decades.In light of the 40-year experience of international research,it is clear that conflict resolution education in schools is based on multidisciplinary and cross-disciplinary research,that conflict resolution competencies can be developed through multiple channels,and that the practice of conflict resolution education needs to be promoted through planned,supervised,and funded programs.Conflict resolution education is important and urgent,and in order to be truly implemented,it must be supported and guaranteed by increased research and practice at all levels,from conceptual and methodological to institutional.
