Research on the Quality Evaluation and Improvement Path of Inclusive Preschool Education Public Services in China—Take"Flexibility","Green"and"Softness"as the Core Evaluation Indicators
Abstrat:Quality assessment is an important means to improve the quality of inclusive preschool education public services.This study constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the quality of inclusive preschool education public services,based on a certain theoretical foundation and research experience,which includes a trinity of"flexibility","green"and"softness",combines subjective and objective factors.This study uses the Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process to improve the indicator system,assign weights to the indicators,and clarify the index calculation method.Applying it through scientific operational procedures,based on comprehensive subjective and objective data,we document the quality of inclusive preschool education public services.Improvement paths are proposed from 3 aspects:(1)viewing the service object as the highest value in supplying inclusive preschool education public services;(2)expanding the scale of preschool education financial input to ensure the quality of investment;(3)adhering to the concept of"vulnerable groups,special attention"for inclusive public services for preschool education.
