摘要
人工智能技术的迅猛发展与广泛运用、后工业时代对劳动者素养的新要求以及中国特色社会主义建设对时代新人培养的新需求等一系列时代挑战,为学校教育应培养具有什么样特质的学习者提出了新的挑战.同理心作为基于移情性理解,能够换位思考、感同身受,给予利他性回应的稳定心理过程、状态或特征,其育人价值体现在有助于培育道德性人格、发展社会情感素养与提升社会凝聚力等方面.作为社会交往实践中的心理特征,同理心的培育依托于社会交往实践之中,可以通过提升学生的道德敏感性、培植他者意识,引导学生开展反思性倾听、提升协商精神,并通过服务本位的学习,发展关怀伦理等方式,培养学生的同理心.
Abstract
The rapid development and extensive application of artificial intelligence technology,the new demands for workforce competencies in the post-industrial era,and the evolving needs of fostering a new generation for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics pose new challenges to defining the qualities learners should develop through school education.Empathy,as a stable psychological process,state,or trait based on empathetic understanding,involves perspective-taking,emotional resonance,and altruistic responses.Its educational value lies in fostering moral personality,developing social-emotional competencies,and enhancing social cohesion.As a psychological trait in the practice of social interactions,the cultivation of empathy relies on social engagement practices,which can be achieved by improving students'moral sensitivity,cultivating awareness of others,guiding reflective listening,enhancing the spirit of negotiation,and promoting care ethics through service-oriented learning,thereby cultivating empathy among students.
