可持续发展目标框架下的UNESCO健康福祉教育战略

联合国教科文组织提出的健康福祉教育战略旨在为所有学习者创造更加健康和韧性的可持续发展未来.健康福祉教育隶属于变革教育,强调健康福祉目标与教育目标的紧密关联,对促进可持续发展目标的实现有着重要贡献.在可持续发展目标框架下,健康福祉教育战略确定了三大优先领域:加强全面性教育,营造安全、无暴力和包容的健康学习环境以及构建韧性的学校卫生系统.其行动方略重点强调坚持尊重人权与循证指导原则,遵循发挥全球领导力作用与协调合作方针.健康福祉教育战略的核心在于为儿童和青少年增权赋能,促进健康学习,加强学校教育系统韧性能力建设;因此,我国学校教育变革应着力构建更具韧性的健康学习系统.
UNESCO Strategy on Education for Health and Well-Being under the Framework of Sustainable Development Goals
The UNESCO strategy on Education for Health and Well-Being aims to create a healthier and more resilient sustainable future for all learners.Education for Health and Well-Being is part of transformative education,emphasizing the close relationship between health and well-being goals and educational objectives,and it plays an important role in promoting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.Within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals,the strategy identifies three priority areas:strengthening comprehensive sexuality education,creating a safe,violence-free,inclusive,and healthy learning environment,and building resilient school health systems.Its action strategy highlights respect for human rights,evidence-based guidelines,global leadership and coordination.The core of the Education for Health and Well-Being Strategy is to empower and enable children and adolescents for healthy learning while strengthening the resilient of school education systems.Therefore,school education reform in China should focus on building a more resilient healthy learning system.
