摘要
新质生产力的当代出场,源自"源"与"流"一脉相承的理论支撑、"内"与"外"良性互动的实践奠基、"时"与"势"有机结合的现实催化,是理论逻辑、实践逻辑和现实逻辑共同交织的结果.作为守正创新历史唯物主义的最新理论成果,新质生产力的核心点在"新",关键点在"质",落脚点在"生产力",突破点在"因地制宜",着力点在"全面深化改革".新质生产力的提出不仅开辟了马克思主义生产力理论发展的"新境界",为习近平经济思想增添了"新内容",构成中国特色政治经济学话语体系的"新标识",而且,提供了新时代进一步解放和发展生产力的"新方案"、推动经济高质量发展的"新指南"和应对世界经济发展困局的"新智慧".
Abstract
The contemporary appearance of the new quality productive forces originates from the theoretical support of its origin and transmutation,the practical foundation of the benign interaction between"inside"and"outside",and the realistic catalyst of the organic combination of"time"and"trend",and is the result of the interweaving of theoretical logic,practical logic and realistic logic.As the latest theoretical achievement of historical materialism,the new quality productive forces aim at productivity and focus on comprehensively deepening reform,with"innovation"as the core,"quality"as the key,and"localization"as the breakthrough.The proposal of new quality productive forces not only opens up a"new realm"for the development of Marxist productivity theory,adds"new content"to Xi Jinping's economic thought,and constitutes a"new logo"for the discourse system of political economy with Chinese characteristics,but also provides a"new way"to promote the development of productivity,a"new guide"for promoting high-quality economic development,and a"new wisdom"for coping with the predicament of world economic development.
