"双减"政策下小学体育核心素养发展的挑战与策略研究

近年来,《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》(以下简称"双减"政策)的深入实施为学校体育的高质量发展带来了前所未有的契机.随着《义务教育体育与健康课程标准(2022年版)》的颁布,体育核心素养被置于教育议程的核心位置,这对体育教师提出了全新要求,即必须深刻理解和重视体育核心素养的深远意义与迫切需求.本文研究发现,在"双减"政策的推动下,小学生体育核心素养的培育面临多重挑战,亟需采取一系列针对性策略:首要在于转变传统观念,确保体育核心素养教学理念得以深入贯彻;其次,深化体育教师队伍建设改革,全面提升体育教师的专业素养;再次,应重视并实施多维度、综合性的学习评价体系;最后,优化资源配置,努力缩小城乡教育差距,以期从多个维度共同促进小学生体育核心素养的全面发展.
In recent years,the in-depth implementation of the"Double Reduction"policy has brought unprecedented opportunities for the high-quality development of school physical education.With the promulgation of the new curriculum standards for physical education in the compulsory education stage,core literacy in physical education has been placed at the core of the educational agenda,which puts forward new requirements for physical education teachers,that is,they must deeply understand and attach importance to the profound significance and urgent needs of core literacy in physical education.Driven by the"Double Reduction"policy,the cultivation of primary school students'core literacy in physical education faces multiple challenges,and a series of targeted strategies are urgently needed to deal with them:First and foremost,it is necessary to change traditional concepts to ensure the in-depth implementation of the teaching concept of core literacy in physical education.Secondly,it is essential to deepen the reform of the construction of physical education teachers,comprehensively improving the professional qualities of physical education teachers.At the same time,a multi-dimensional and comprehensive learning evaluation system should be valued and implemented.Finally,it is also necessary to optimize the allocation of resources and strive to narrow the educational gap between urban and rural areas,with the aim of promoting the comprehensive development of primary school students'core literacy in physical education from multiple aspects.
