体校助推体教融合的价值意义与突破路径

摘要
本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对我国体校助推体教融合的价值意义与突破路径展开系统性探讨.通过梳理体校发展历程,结合政策导向与社会需求,本文剖析了其面临社会环境变化与功能定位待重构、人才培养理念与选拔机制待更新、管理体制与发展保障机制待完善的三大困境.研究认为,体校在体教融合中具有培养竞技体育后备人才、提供运动技能服务、优化学校体育课程、推动体育竞赛活动的多维核心价值.同时,本文提出体校助推体教融合的路径选择:健全管理保障体系,优化办学运营环境;构建融合发展机制,革新体校人才培养模式;加强各类体校建设,提高体校文化教育水平.体校的转型升级需立足体教融合战略,通过制度创新与资源整合破解发展桎梏,其改革经验可为新时代青少年体育治理体系完善与体育强国建设提供理论支撑与实践参考.
Abstract
This article systematically explores the value implications and path selection of sports schools in China in promoting the integration of sports and education using research methods such as literature review and logical analysis.By reviewing the development history of sports schools and combining policy orientations with social demands,this article analyzes three major dilemmas they face:changes in the social environment and the need to reconstruct their functional positioning,the need to update talent cultivation concepts and selection mechanisms,and the need to improve management systems and development guarantee mechanisms.The article holds that sports schools have multi-dimensional core values in the integration of sports and education,including cultivating reserve talents for competitive sports,providing sports skill services,optimizing school physical education curricula,and promoting sports competition activities.Meanwhile,this article proposes path selections for sports schools to promote the integration of sports and education:improving the management guarantee system and optimizing the school-running and operational environment;constructing an integrated development mechanism and innovating the talent cultivation model of sports schools;strengthening the construction of various types of sports schools and improving their cultural education levels.The transformation and upgrading of sports schools need to be based on the strategy of integrating sports and education,break through development shackles through institutional innovation and resource integration,and their reform experiences can provide theoretical support and practical references for improving the adolescent sports governance system and building a sports power in the new era.
