Data Factor Marketization and Enterprise's New Quality Productive Forces:From the Perspective of Total Factor Productivity
New quality productive forces takes data as the key element and a significant increase in total factor productivity as the core sign.The marketization allocation of data factors plays an important role in releasing the value of data factors and then enhancing the total factor productivity and new quality productive forces of enterprises.Based on the policy background of local governments setting up data trading platforms one after another,the article explores the impact of data factor marketization on enterprise total factor productivity by adopting a progressive double-difference model on the basis of theoretical analysis.It reveals that the estab-lishment of data trading platforms by local governments has led to a significant improvement in the total factor productivity of enterprises.Notably,this enhancement exhibits marginal incremental characteristics.The mechanism test results show that data factor marketization mainly affects enterprise total factor productivity through channels such as promoting enterprise digital transformation,alleviating enterprise financing con-straints,and reducing various costs of enterprises.Further research finds that data factor marketization is more conducive to the improvement of total factor productivity of non-state-owned enterprises,high-tech enter-prises,and enterprises in the growth stage.The level of talent agglomeration,science and technology fiscal expenditure,and property rights system of cities will have an important impact on the productivity improve-ment effect of data factor marketization.The conclusions provide empirical evidence and policy references for for enterprises to accelerate the nurturing of new productive forces and for governments to deepen the reform of data factor marketization.
