民族地区外语人才素养融合培养路径探索

摘要
新时代外语教育需致力于学生素养培育,这既是国内外教育发展与改革大势所趋,又是落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求,体现了以人为本的育人情怀.为促进民族地区复合型、应用型外语人才培养,教师需要突破语言工具论的藩篱,将外语教育的"工具性"与"人文性"、"专业"教育与"博雅"教育、"成才"教育与"成人"教育有机融合,促进学生全人发展;加强学科交叉融合,发挥不同学科的协同育人优势,以"外语+"模式使学生成为"会语言"和"精领域"的行家里手;提升文化自觉意识,融入民族文化和新媒体技术打造外语"金课",使学生既增强文化自信,又提能强质.
Abstract
It is of great importance that foreign language education should be committed to the cultivation of students in the new era.This is not only the trend of education development and reform both domestical and international,but also an inevitable require-ment for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,reflecting the people-oriented education sentiment.In order to effectively cultivate interdisciplinary and application-oriented talents proficient in foreign languages,teachers need to break through the notion of treating language merely as a tool so as to integrate language acquisition with educating and making rounded men rich in humanism and professional knowledge and adopt interdisciplinary strategy to give full play to the collaborative education of dif-ferent disciplines.With"foreign languages+"model,students will be well-versed in languages and relevant fields.By"golden cours-es",they will be cultivated the consciousness of culture in foreign languages which are integrated into Chinese ethnic culture by a means of new media,so that students can constantly build up their qualities and confidence in culture of socialism with Chinese char-acteristics.
